You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. Anyone can create a workspace (organization) and invite others to it; the workspace's admin(s) are responsible for who they invite and what data they put into it.

• Don't attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service, including its AI features.

4. Your content

You (or your workspace) retain ownership of the issues, comments, attachments and other content you create. You grant us the license needed to store, process and display it back to you and your workspace members as part of operating the Service.

5. AI features

Optional AI-assisted features send the text you provide (e.g. a one-line prompt, an issue's title/description, an uploaded spec file, or a question you ask) to a third-party language model provider to generate a response. Don't submit anything through those features you aren't comfortable sharing with that provider.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
