• Workspace content: issues, comments, attachments, and other content you or your workspace create.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. sign-in times, error logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How it's used

To operate the Service (authenticate you, show you your workspaces' data, send transactional email like password resets and invitations), and — only when you use those features — to send the text you provide to a third-party AI provider to generate a response.

3. Who can see your data

Data inside a workspace is visible to that workspace's members according to their role, enforced by the application. It is never shared with other workspaces or organizations.

4. Where it's stored

5. Cookies
